Welcome to Fashion Tools. By using our services, you agree to the following terms:

1. Description of Service Fashion Tools provides an API that identifies clothing items in uploaded images and generates related descriptions using AI models.
2. User Responsibilities You are responsible for the images and content you upload. You must have the legal right to use and upload any data sent to our service. Do not upload offensive, illegal, or copyrighted material without permission.
3. Data Usage Uploaded images are used only for processing and improving the AI system. We never sell or share personal data without consent.
4. Acceptable Use You agree not to: Use the API for surveillance or biometric identification. Reverse-engineer, abuse, or overload the system. Use the platform for generating misleading or harmful output.
5. Availability & Modifications We aim for 99.9% uptime but provide no guarantee of uninterrupted service. We may modify or suspend the service at any time, with or without notice.
6. Intellectual Property All platform content, models, and algorithms are the intellectual property of Fashion Tools. Output generated from your own data is yours, unless otherwise agreed.
7. Termination We may suspend or terminate accounts violating these terms or engaging in misuse.
8. Limitation of Liability We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the service (if any).
9. Governing Law These terms are governed by the laws of the European Union and the country of company registration.
